Welcome to Happea Box. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. The Company

“Happea Box” (“we”, “us”, “our”) supplies personalised corporate gift boxes, snack boxes, and wellness boxes.

2. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

  • For personalised orders, designs will not proceed until you approve your logo/branding layout (where applicable).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors, unavailable stock, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Personalised Items

  • Personalised products are made specifically for you; therefore, they cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly printed.

  • Colours may vary slightly from digital previews due to screen and printing differences.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£).

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Payment must be completed before production begins.

 

5. Shipping

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

  • Delays caused by couriers (Royal Mail, DPD, etc.) are outside our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the parcel is handed to the courier.

 

6. Cancellations

  • Non-personalised orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Personalised orders can only be cancelled before design or printing begins.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Data Protection

We handle all personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by couriers

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Allergic reactions to food items (ingredients are provided on packaging)
