Refund & Returns Policy

At Happea Box, we want every order to arrive exactly as expected. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Personalised & Custom Orders

Many of our boxes are personalised with logos, names or custom selections.
Because these items are created specifically for you:

Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless:

  • The item arrives damaged, faulty, or

  • There is a confirmed printing/personalisation error on our part.

If this happens, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.

2. Standard (Non-Personalised) Orders

If your order is not personalised, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

 

3. Food & Perishable Items

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Opened food/drink items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Unopened perishable items can only be returned if they are part of a non-personalised box.

 

4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.

 

5. Order Cancellations

  • Personalised orders can only be cancelled before design or printing has started.

  • Standard orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
